WELDING MACHINE F3

The welding machine f3 is studied to satisfy the little  productions.

It is specify to weld the flexible or soft pvc profiles and it is particulary suitable for the production of spare parts of  refrigerators gaskets.

The loading and unloading of the profiles from the welding machine is done by the operator

The welding cycle is  with electro-pneumatc heater controlled by plc.

It is possible to weld different profiles  simply replacing the welding mould.

The welding moulds  are builded to obtain a perfect and self-trimming welding.
