DOUBLE CORNER WELDING MACHINE F1

This welding machine is really one of the most technically advanced existing today on the market. Result of years of experience and continuous developing.
The machine carries out the welding by heat radiation melting of the end soft PVC profile.
The method used is the most suitable to weld gaskets, both for quality and product quantity that can be obtained. The machine, by simple replacement of the moulds is able to weld every type of profile. The moulds are interchangeable on different welding machines supplied by Scarioni. The machine can weld two corners at the same time so that to reduce considerably time of process. A really important function of machine and mould is to eliminate the welding burrs, and this is obtained without increase of the machine cycle. The work cycle is the following:
A) The operator inserts manually the 45 degree cut pieces inside the mould cavities, checking the correct positioning.
B) The operator, pressing the proper push-button, sets on the automatic welding cycle so to allow heating plat approaching junction of the two pieces, cooling and reopening of mould.
C) At the end of the cycle the operator extract the welded corners and the machine is ready for a new welding operation.
To get a correct welding, the profile walls are attracted (by suction pressure obtained by suitable vacuum pump) towards the moulds walls which keep the right shape. The electrical controls are located in a control panel, which is accessible for all possible changes. Besides, all above operations can be made also manually, that very is useful for machine setting up and for trials with new profiles. Smokes produced during the heating phase are ejected by an exhauster.
The machine production can, according to profile complexity and operator skillness, car reach the producton of 60/70 gasket hour.
The above described machine will become operative by mounting the proper moulds for welding. Such moulds should reproduce at their inside the shape of the profile to be welded.
